Therapy for adult members of the LGBTQIA+ Community

online therapy in Indiana & Beyond

“I”m scared to be myself.”

“The rejection is just awful.”

“I feel like there’s no safe space for me.”

Sound familiar?

I see you.

This is a safe space. No matter where you are.

Understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals is crucial to providing effective mental health care. My practice is firmly rooted in LGBTQ affirmative therapy, which recognizes and validates the diverse identities and experiences of LGBTQ folx. This approach creates a safe, supportive space where you can explore issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity as while addressing your mental heath without fear of judgment.

I address specific challenges such as coming out, navigating relationships, dealing with discrimination, and managing identity-related stress. Additionally, I help people build resilience, self-compassion, and self-advocacy skills, fostering a strong sense of self and community.

While I am not formally trained in the WPATH curriculum, I fully align with their values. My professional goals are related to offering expertise in ADHD, autism, and anxiety, which are clinical diagnoses. I do participate in ongoing clinical training related to serving the mission of WPATH and look forward to becoming certified with them in the future.
